Musselburgh

11/07/2007

After a weekend without runners we have sent out a few this week. On Monday Nimra ran very well at Musselburgh despite having to switch off the rail as she made her final run to finish 2nd, and Compton Falcon showed promise finishing 3rd at Bath.

Yesterday Muhannak won very nicely at Wolverhampton over 1 mile ridden by Nicky Mackay.

Our runners for the rest of the week are Passing Hour tonight at Kempton ridden by Richard Hughes, tomorrow at Folkestone we have Jafaru ridden by Hugh Bowman and at Warwick we run Nimra ridden again by David Allen and Rhuepunzel ridden by Hayley Turner. All of these horses have been going well at home and we are hopeful that they will all run well.

On Friday we send 2 horses to Hamilton. Bonus ridden by Pat Cosgrave runs in the Scottish Stewards Cup which is a race that we won last year with a horse called Bayeux, and Polyquest runs in a 1m 1f handicap ridden by Andrew Mullen who claims 3lb.

On Saturday we are planning to run Nayyir at Chester in the 2.25pm Conditions Stakes over 7 furlongs. We have booked Chris Caitlin to ride.
