Beauchamp Viceroy

01/12/2006

I am happy to report that Jack Sullivan is now back in work, having spent the last few months swimming, and going on the water treadmill and spa. He is now in training in preparation for a return trip to Dubai. Jack thrives on the conditions out there and we are hopeful that he will again be able to do us all proud.

Nayyir is very well after his win in the Churchill Stakes at Lingfield, and we are also planning on taking him to Dubai to run at the beginning of February.

Next week we have Beauchamp Viceroy entered on both Monday (Lingfield) and Wednesday (Kempton). I will have a look at both races before deciding which meeting he will go to.

Apart from our late arrivals most of our yearlings are now being ridden and learning the ropes. Over the next month or so, we will ease off them and allow them to grow and mature both mentally and physically, before commencing full training in preparation for the new 2007 season. Some of our older horses are also enjoying a little break and are turned out for a few hours each day in our individual paddocks.
