All the Good runs at Haydock
10/08/2007We have 2 runners tomorrow. All the Good runs at Haydock in the Old Newton Cup over 1m 3f ridden by Nicky Mackay. We have left the blinkers off him as at Goodwood he ran too free with them on. We also run Risque Heights at Lingfield in a 1m 2f Maiden who will be ridden by George Baker. He has finished 2nd four times now including on his last start when he looked to have the race, so fingers crossed he can go one better.
Next week we have made quite a few entries including one for Jack Sullivan. We have entered him for Thursday at Salisbury in a Group 3, although the preference will be Newbury on Saturday 18th August. This will be his come back run since recovering from an illness which developed just before he was due to fly to Dubai to take part in the Godolphin Mile back in March. I am glad to report that although his recovery was a slow one, he is now back to his old self and is very well.
