World Cup Runners

Baharah and Dansant both left the UK last Thursday for Dubai in preparation for the World Cup Meeting in Dubai.  I’m pleased to say they arrived safely and have travelled very well.

Baharah will run in the Godolphin Mile and Dansant in the Sheema Classic.  Jamie Spencer will ride them both.  I flew out to Dubai yesterday for the run up to Saturday’s race and I was very pleased with their training today.

Back on home ground this week, on Thursday we run Compton Falcon in an Apprentice race at Lingfield over 1m 2f, with Luke Morris taking the ride, then on Saturday Jagger will run in the Queen’s Prize at Kempton over 2 miles.

And last but not least I must say how extremely pleased I was to win the trainers prize for the All Weather Championship.  We’ve had a great start to 2008 and are looking forward to continuing success for the rest of the season!
