WINTER DERBY TARGET FOR BONUS

It has been a tense week while we await news from America regarding DANSANTs participation in the Santa Anita Handicap. They are expecting a full field in this competitive race and unfortunately no provisions are made for international runners. DANSANT is due to travel to Ayr on Tuesday, before flying out to Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon. The final entries will be made on Saturday, so we should know if we take our chance on Sunday.
DANSANT and BONUS have both been entered for the Winter Derby at Lingfield on Saturday March 21st. BONUS has another chance to prove he stays a mile when he takes on five rivals at Lingfield on Saturday afternoon in a Conditions race. If he is successful the Winter Derby can be considered a realistic target for him. Jamie Spencer has been given the ride on BONUS on Saturday, as Hayley Turner is unavailable.
