Winter derby hopes

There has been a great weeks racing from Cheltenham this week, with a fantastic Gold Cup finale. I was, like I’m sure you all were, very pleased and relieved to see Kauto Star get up after his fall.Our attention now turns to Beauchamp Viceroy who takes on strong competition in the Winter Derby tomorrow. I am very pleased with how he has returned from Dubai, he looks very well in his coat, is fit and well and we know he is fit so we are just keeping our fingers house for some luck in running.
We are still very pleased with Trojan Reef as his 2nd appearance in a bumper draws closer.
Mount Hadley in his preparations is heading to Lingfield tomorrow for a race course gallop. Hopefully the ground doesn’t ease too much for him as he is far more effecting on the faster ground.
