Sales get under way.....

This week’s action has been away from the track, with Newmarket buzzing as the Tattersalls Yearlings Sale gets underway. The global economic crisis had done little to stifle the big buyers and after a rather frustrating start, Gerard finally got off the mark with the purchase of a half sister to JAGGER. Book 2 gets underway next week and we will keep you updated with our progress.
Unfortunately BAHARAH was not able to take her chance in the Prix de l’Opera at Longchamp last Sunday following the impromptu stike by French fishermen in Calais on Friday night. However she holds entries at home and away, so she will be back on the track soon.
