Prince Alzain spot on in France Preparations

Prince Alzain is in great shape in his training preparations for the Prix Soleil in Deauville on the 21st December. He did his first piece of work this week since his win. It was a very easy piece of work for him and he came off the gallop very pleased with himself! He will do one more slightly stronger gallop before he leaves for France but we couldn’t be happier with him at this stage. We make the entry for France on Tuesday so we are looking forward to assessing his competition next week. Hopefully his regular jockey Seb Sanders will be making the trip to partner him in Deauville. 

We have declared Full Bloom to run at Southwell on Sunday. We are confident she will handle the surface there as she is a very correct filly. The straight is nice and long to give her plenty of time to gather momentum and we know the 1m distance will suit her fine. The top weight of 9st7lb is never helpful but we hope she will have the ability to overcome this.

Quiz Mistress is looking likely to run next week and it will be her last run of the season. 

She has been ticking over very nicely at home and has done a few nice pieces of work of late. She will certainly appreciate the long straight at Kempton and hopefully she will settle well and come home strongly.  

Dubai Bounty will be our only other runner next week over 1m4f at Lingfield next Saturday.
