PACHATTACK delights at Glorious Goodwood

We had a great start to Glorious Goodwood with PACHATTACK winning the EBF New Ham Fillies’ Stakes in great style under Frankie Dettori. Gerard was delighted with the filly ... “She is a gorgeous filly and, please God, she has a future,” “She is entered in the Moyglare, but seven furlongs in a Group 1 at this stage might be a bit much for her. The Fillies' Mile is the ultimate aim at this stage.”
DANSANT took centre stage on Friday in the Glorious Stakes a Group 3 contest. Held in mid division by Eddie Ahern, DANSANT made late headway and was placed fourth, in a very tight finish behind St. Leger winner SIXTIES ICON.
Looking ahead to tomorrow, we have two declared runners at Goodwood, MONETARY FUND making his debut in the Blue Square EBF Maiden Stakes, who will be ridden by Jamie Moriaty and JAGGER who carries top weight in the Bluesquarecasino.com Apprentice Stakes, where Tolley Dean takes the ride.
Following a quiet start to the week, on Wednesday we have entries at Brighton, Newcastle, Great Yarmouth and Kempton, where AGENTE PARMIGIANO is a possible runner.
On Thursday we have entered at Folkestone and Yarmouth and we will be watching the weather over the next few days in the hope that we get some rain to help alleviate the drying conditions.
