Pachattack Blows Rivals Away In The Matron Stakes

We are delighted to report that Pachattack stormed home to win by 6 lengths in the Grade 3 Matron Stakes at Arlington Park on Saturday. 

At no point in the race did she ever look like finishing in any other position than first. She jumped well and sat in mid division and when the pace slowed down, she kept on going to lead. When they turned for home she kicked off the bend and showed everyone what a powerful and talented filly she is. The rest of the field looked very moderate treading water behind her as she went further and further clear of them. It has been a very good Week for owner Michael Deegan as both his fillies, Maristar and Pachattack have won within 7 days of eachother! We are of course so very pleased for him and his family.
