We headed into this week having made entries for JACK SULLIVAN in the Park Stakes and JAGGER in the Doncaster Cup. I thought both would run well but unfortunately the rain softened ground compromised their chances.
This weekend's runners are headed by LEAGUE CHAMPION who runs in a mile listed race at Goodwood on Saturday. DOOHULLA runs in a 6f listed race for fillies at Chester and this track and the prevailing fast ground will hopefully suit her. TITUS MAXIMUS is flying our flag in Scotland when he should run well in a 5f maiden at Musselburgh on Saturday.
I will heading to Keeneland on Monday for 2 or 3 days and hopefully will be back in time to run OSCILLATOR in a maiden at Sandown on Wednesday and COMPTON BOLTER in the Dubai Duty Free Arc Trial and SCOTTISH PLAY in a 3 yo handicap on Saturday at Newbury.
