Brave heart

Sing Sweetly made a remarkable re-appearance yesterday at Newmarket in a hot maiden. Dispite her injury last year, she has come back, sound and strong as if it never happened. We were delighted with her finishing 2nd to the Cumani trained Sour Mash and know she will improve leaps and bounds from the run. We have no immediate plans for her, so we will take our time and let her recover before sending her out to race again.
All eyes will be on Tinaar this evening as she takes her place in the Brave Heart listed race at Hamilton.  We are hoping for a repeat performance of Newmarket and are thrilled to have Frankie back on board.  There is some stiff competition but we have complete faith in her ability and professionalism and would be over the moon to get some black type for her.
Swiss Cross will be running for the first time in blinkers tomorrow evening at Doncaster. Although we were pleased with an improved run from him at Lingfield last week, our thinking is the shades will help him to concentrate a bit more on the task in hand and apply his homework to the track. The ability he has shown on the gallops at home could easily win him the race so lets hope the blinkers help him along.
